Has anyone used Arches Oil painting paper & if so what did you think of it?

It was too slippery for me.  I like the pull and drag of real linen or cotton canvas.  Perhaps it's just what you get accustomed to

Dana - thank you for the input - I'm always looking for other grounds - especially good ones to practice on.  I'm new to oil painting & I've only painted on canvas for 1 painting - all my paintings posted on this site were done on masonite - it seems a little easier on my pocketbook :)   have a great day!
