How do I get this wavy effect?

I just posted this question and for some reason the "don't email me" tag is up. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with any ideas. My email is g.pickett@live.com
I am trying to figure out the wavy effect of the reds and golds in the background.

I replied to this post. You will need to check on this site to see responses. Keep in mind that you have a way to communicate with people here by clicking on conversations in the upper right. It really isn't a good idea to post you email address on the internet. We do have some Russian spammers here. Maybe you should start a conversation with Courtney to see what can be done to correct your problem.

Edit: I checked and my post is gone. It was there Tuesday. I posted a link to a similar technique that I replied to under acrylic.  Perhaps this was an issue. This makes me mad because this post was quite long I spent quite at least 20 minutes studying it and replying to your comment!! I don't know why or how this happened. I will send a not to Courtney because I will not retype it. This makes me so mad- not to mention a topic that I wrote in February finally posted a day or so ago, I'm thinking of leaving.
