its been kinda slow in here. i have been trying to do one painting a week this year. here is my last one.

I would strongly recommend finding a group of local artists who can chip in the money to hire a model. It looks like this was painted from porn...which has some obvious aesthetic limitations....

I dislike the pose; it cheapens the work. This has nothing to do with the technique, color, etc.  Check out the nudes of Jeremy Lipking; he is very sensitive at selecting poses which are artfully done.
