Well, lately I have been getting into still life.  And as I'm sure we all know the world is filled with millions of things that don't move or are "still" as we might call them.  Even our house is filled with dozens of household object that could make VERY interesting Still Life subjects to paint, draw, pastel, whatever.  But what are some objects do you like transforming into art?  If it be a still life setting of a meal, flowers, household objects, shoes, and everyones favorite FRUIT!  What are some that YOU enjoy sitting back and taking a look at the subject and transforming to canvas or paper?

Draw, draw, keep on drawing then draw some more to reach perfection

Good ones, I like good ones!

I pick the subject of my paintings for the quality of the light..

And the composition...

You sound like your in need of an idea or inspiration. I like still life studies that are current and look like something you'd find today in this century- be it a glass, object, shoe, etc.
