(i posted this in the Welcome forum by mistake so I am re-posting it in this forum)
Hi, I haven't been on this site in a while and it looks like they changed everything. You used to be able to look up an article in their archives - i don't see any archives listed at all. I'm trying to find an article writting in the first issue of "Worshops" magazine titled: “Establish Values and Color Will Follow” by Bob Bahr. Is it possible to find this on this site? I don't even see a place to order back issues. Anyone know how this works? Is it possible to see articles from back issues of american artist? I have subscribed for years but don't have all the magazines and would like to be able to look up certain articles...
thanks
patti
Hello Patti,
The site has been revamped quite a bit in the last year. But, all of the old archives were moved from the old site to this one, and they are searchable in the blogs, where all of the editorial content is placed. Some articles from the magazines were put into the blogs, but not all of them. So, not all of them will be searchable here online. But, you can purchase back issues through the online store, if you'd like. That link is here: http://shop.artistdaily.com/Art.html
For the magazines that have been published within the last year, all of the issue have their Table of Contents here online so you can see what was in each issue. Those are featured in the magazine blogs found here:
American Artist
Workshop
Drawing
Watercolor
There are several articles from each of those that are then featured full length on the site in the blog: Web Features
Hopefully that helps some to clarify things,

Hi, I am trying to locate an issue of American Artist that had a feature on artist "Alan Robert Chiara" which would have probably been in the mid 80's.
How can I search for or find out what issue it was and is it possible to get it?
Thank you
Steve
Hi Steve,
I'll see if the magazine editors can see about this or track it down for you. Thanks,
Courtney
