For more than a year, the California Art Club (CAC) and Marston’s Restaurant, in Pasadena, California, have been presenting the work of emerging CAC Mentor Program members in a series of 10-week-long exhibitions. The CAC’s Mentor program is made up of artists under the age of 30 who represent a new generation working in traditional fine art. Paintings by Daniel Ochoa, who is currently pursuing an MFA in figurative painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, are the focus of the most recent edition in the series.
