Bernie Fuchs Gallery

6 Oct 2008

In the December 2008 issue of American Artist, we examined Bernie Fuch's philosophy on creating both fine art and illustration by looking at work presented in a retrospective at the Telluride Gallery of Fine Art, in Telluride, Colorado. Bernie gave a lecture to my class in 1978 at Ringling School of Art and I was fortunate to meet him. He certainly was the talk of the illustration world at the time with his transparent washes. Always enjoyed his work.
