Coming Soon: Summer Issue of Drawing

I thought I'd share a sneak peek of the new issue of Drawing, on sale soon! The amazing cover drawing is by British artist Greg Eason. In my opinion, the drawing is even better inside the magazine–on the cover it's cropped, and there's quite a bit you don't see.

Summer 2012 Drawing magazine cover

This issue is a little different from others; we turn our attention from classical representational drawing to artists working in a very contemporary vein, including Arden Bendler Browning, Tony Orrico, and Dawn Clements. But don't worry, we also respect the past with an article about the Renaissance in Venice.

Enjoy, and look for more information about the full issue, available here soon!
