No need to buy a holiday card from the card shop or grocery
store when you are as capable with paint and pencil, collage and design, as all
of us at Artist Daily. This year, help us ring in the holiday season by
participating in our Move Over Hallmark! Holiday Card Contest.

All you need to do is create your own holiday card (or
cards--the more the merrier!) and upload a picture of it to our
Move Over
Hallmark! Gallery. You may already have a work in progress or a painting in the
studio that would be the perfect fit.
Vote for your favorite--we want to know what you like!--and
we'll take that into consideration when choosing one lucky submission to be the
winner and our official Artist Daily holiday eCard, which we'll send out to all
of our colleagues and friends in the art community. It will also be featured in
our December 22, 2012 Week in Review email that goes out to the entire community.
I know I am going to be wowed by all the inspired and lovely
works you submit and I can't think of a better way to start celebrating the
holidays. So mix and match your favorite art practices, paint a landscape
filled with snow or a warm and cozy vision by the fireside. Whatever you decide
on will work brilliantly as long as it is appropriate for the holiday season.
We will definitely be able to create a great eCard with your image no matter
what shape or form your original artwork comes in. So make your card as big or
small as you want, put it on any surface, and use any kind of painting or drawing
supplies.
We are accepting submissions to the Move Over Hallmark!
Gallery until December 17, 2012, so send in your pic as soon as you can and
share your remarkable and moving artwork with us during this equally remarkable
and moving holiday season. Season's greetings to you all!
