Hundreds of artists submitted their artwork to this year’s Watercolor cover competition, and determining a winner was quite challenging. After carefully reviewing all the entries, the editors of Watercolor chose nine finalists, and we’re pleased to announce that Teri Starkweather is this year’s winner. Her painting Sunflowers and Coffee has been reproduced on the cover of the upcoming summer issue of Watercolor.
